Nectafy ("we," "us," "our") offers a conversational text messaging program to customers who text our business number, (864) 565-0135, for information or support.

Opt-In
By opting in, you agree to receive appointment reminders, account notifications, and customer support text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your specific wireless plan.

Opt-Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive texts from us unless you opt in again.

Help
For help, reply HELP at any time, or contact us directly at (864) 565-0135.

Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to This Program
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
